This is another favorite of my Mo's digital Pencil Christmas images. This is my final card for the March Christmas Card challenge at Splitcoast. Next up is Critters for April. I have some cute Mo's images lined up for that! This image was colored with Copics and pencils.
I used an image from Mo's Digital Pencil. She is colored with Copics, pencils and pastels. This is the third time I attempted coloring her. The other two I threw away. I followed the Mo's coloring of her this time. This one I still don't like, but I thought I would put her on a card and see if I liked it any better. Slightly better. I think this image will be retired for me now. I also read this week that Mo requests that the watermarks be put across the image to prevent theft.
It feels good to be making some cards again! This is my second card for the March challenge which is children. This is an image by Mo's Digital Pencil. I colored him with Copic markers and pencils. I think I did this image once before, but threw it in the circular file. I remember having a really difficult time with it. This time I enjoyed the coloring. Not doing DT's really relieves the pressure. Especially when it is an image or theme that I don't really care for.
I think I might actually look fora challenge or two to put it into. I haven't done that in ages.
I am entering it in the following challenges:
The Holly and the Ivy - Anything Christmas Goes
Merry Little Christmas Challenge - Anything Christmas Goes
Peace On Earth Christmas Challenge - Christmas themed
This is my first card for the March Christmas challenge at Splitcoast. I used a Mo's digital Pencil image that I have used a couple tomes already. I never get tired of it. I colored her with Copics and pencils. The background is corrugated paper. I haven't put on a sentiment yet. I may or may not.
These are my last three cards for the February Christmas Challenge at Splitcoast. All of the images are from Mo's Digital Pencil. The first and last are colored with Copics. The second card is a pre-colored digi. I am getting caught up finally with the cards I had to make. I hope to visit everyone's blogs soon to see what you have been up to.
This is my second card for the Splitcoast Christmas Challenge. The image is from Mo's Digital Pencil. I colored it with Copics and pencils. The paper is from Stampin' Up. Trying to get mu mojo back. I have two more cards to go for February, but off to clean the fish tank...yuck!
I have not been in the mood to participate in any challenges lately. Life is simply too busy. I have been working on my February Christmas cards for Splitcoast Stampers. I also have to make a total of eight birthday cards for March. March also includes St. Patrick's Day and Easter. Needless to say I need to get a headstart.
This birthday card was made by using a Stampin' Up die set. It's a tackle box. Boy, those double layered stamps were a real pain to do.
The final card was made with Stampin' Up dies, also. I ended up really liking this one
The January Christmas card challenge from Splitcoast Stampers is Cookies. I chose these images from Power Poppy. They are colored with Copic markers. The last image is also from Power Poppy. It's been in my stash already colored for about a year. I thought I should probably finally do something with it.
This is my eldest grandson, Lucas. He's ten in this photo. He has since turned eleven. I forgot to post this. It was around the time I stopped making cards and I never looked at my blog so I forgot about it. He attends a christian academy. For his end of year school project. He had to make a depiction of a cross. He could make it out of anything he chose, but it had to be made of something that would be permanent. Since I know how to quilt I told him I would teach him if he wanted me to. He chose to make a quilt wall hanging. He chose all the fabrics. I cut the pieces with the rotary cutter. I felt his was still too young foe that since I still cut myself occasionally. He did 100% of the sewing. He did an amazing job at sewing and quilting. I was very impressed. He named it "The Light of Jesus."
This is my Guest Designer card for Heart Quest Challenge Blog. I haven't made cards for ages. I have definitely been struggling with constant spine problems and with babysitting grandchildren. I just can't seem to keep up with anything. As a special surprise we found out that our son, Tin, and his wonderful wife, Karena are expecting our fifth grandchild. We currently have four grandsons.
Anyways, I used a pre-colored image from Mo's Digital Pencil. That made it a little easier. The paper was a freebie years ago. I was lucky enough to find the bat in my stash!
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
This is my latest "try to maintain my sanity" picture. It's been quite rough having two boys for nine hours a day. I'm getting way too old. I am used to peace and quiet. Only six more weeks to go! I try to get in a few minutes every couple days to do something I enjoy.
I am doing this picture available from the ArtByteShop on Etsy. I fell in love with the eyes. I'm coloring her with a mix of pencils. The background is done with pastel pencils. I have not been able to master them yet by any means.
Hopefully, I will have her done by the end of June.
